Very pleased with our experience. Booking is fast through HotDoc and Dr. Kim is nothing short of amazing. She’s friendly and takes the time to explain — I felt I was being cared for like a family.

I had a great experience at the O’Connell St Clinic today. Dr Phil was absolutely lovely, considerate, knowledgeable, and took the time to really explain, and listen. The clinic was easy to access and conveniently close to home. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and efficient. I am happy to have found them. Highly recommend!

Needed a last minute appointment as my GP wasn’t available. Ladies at the front were friendly. On time. Dr Tane was great - friendly , efficient and very knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Great clinic. From front staff through to the doctors. I have seen both Dr Kim and Dr Tane and they are very good , thorough and kind. Highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for a good GP.

This was my first time to O’Connell St clinic as I’m not from NSW. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to get an appointment for the following day. Dr Stanley is an old school GP, he was kind, friendly with good humour. He was very informative and provided me with my options. Very professional with a genuine caring nature. Thanks Dr Stanley.

Really had an excellent experience with this clinic. I’m visiting from out of the country for the week and needed to have my eye looked at. They were able to get me an appointment last minute, told me the cost ahead of time, and provided excellent customer service throughout. Dr. Nguyen was very patient and understanding of my needs and took the time to be thorough and make sure my issue was resolved. I was also in and out of there quickly as well. Highly recommend this clinic whether you’re a tourist like me or a local!
